Senior Project Manager - Ground-Up Multifamily St. Petersburg Up to $185k DOE Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up 270-unit multifamily construction project in St. Petersburg, FL . This role will oversee the project from preconstruction through completion, managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, quality, and project team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the project from preconstruction through final completion. Manage project schedule, budget, procurement, and overall execution. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and schedule impacts. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience. Ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred. Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office . Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 10 certification required.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
