Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
This is a temporary hire position for our event from October 10th to February 1st On-Site Engineering Support & Interpretation Assist in tracking construction progress of the engineering team under the guidance of the Project Manager. Provide on-site Chinese-English interpretation to ensure smooth communication between Chinese and international teams, with accurate information delivery and the ability to manage emotional tone appropriately. Assist in coordinating daily on-site matters among different parties. Sales & Performance Team Support Support the sales team in advancing sales plans and completing the sales of intangible cultural heritage products to ensure smooth sales operations. If a performance team is present on-site, assist in executing scheduled arrangements. Support performance preparation, on-site supervision, and wrap-up work. Logistics & Daily Operations Support Responsible for purchasing daily necessities, engineering materials, and groceries to ensure timely supply of materials. Assist with the reservation, receipt, and return of equipment and facilities; maintain proper records to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Assist with daily transportation arrangements for staff. Handle courier and logistics shipments and deliveries. Partner Communication & Feedback Under the coordination of the Project Manager, assist in daily communication with partners. Translate and organize feedback and on-site requirements from the venue/park and report them to the company in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of handling on-site interpretation and daily communication. Able to commit fully to event dates - October 10th to February 1st Detail-oriented, responsible, strong execution ability, and highly cooperative. Strong communication skills and team collaboration awareness. Able to adapt to the pace of on-site work and comply with project scheduling arrangements. Prior experience in event execution, project assistance, on-site operations, interpretation, or related fields is preferred. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive independently preferred.
