ABOUT US
ServerPartDeals is one of the leading U.S. resellers of enterprise storage and server hardware — drives, servers, memory, and networking — selling through our own storefront and every major marketplace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll report directly to the executive who leads our digital, development, and marketing functions — and act as his execution arm. We have a capable remote development team and a deep project roadmap; what we're missing is a senior, in-person project manager who can take an idea from a whiteboard conversation, translate it into scoped, prioritized work, and drive our remote development team all the way to shipped. You own outcomes, not just tickets. That means running the roadmap, breaking projects into deliverables, setting timelines, unblocking the team, reviewing what comes back, and keeping leadership informed — with enough technical depth to know when something is off track before it becomes a problem. When it's faster to build or fix something small yourself, you can. High autonomy, direct access, zero bureaucracy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the internal tools & AI systems roadmap end to end — intake, scoping, prioritization, delivery Translate business goals from leadership into clear, well-scoped work for the remote dev team Run the delivery cadence: sprint planning, standups, timelines, and status reporting to the executive team Review the remote team's output for quality and completeness before it ships — you're the last checkpoint Coordinate contractors and vendors, and manage dependencies across projects Roll up your sleeves on hands-on work where it moves things forward — testing, prototyping, small builds, documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years managing software or technical projects, with a track record of shipping — not just tracking Technical background strong enough to review developer work, ask hard questions, and spot risk early. Familiarity with our stack (React, Node/Python, SQL) is a strong plus; you don't need to be the best coder in the room, but you can't be technically blind AI-native workflow — non-negotiable. You use LLM tooling daily to scope, draft, analyze, and accelerate your work. You'll do a practical working session with AI tools during the interview Experience leading remote teams or contractors — comfortable driving people you don't sit next to Sharp written and verbal communication — you'll be the bridge between leadership and the dev team On-site in Sanford, FL, five days a week
NICE TO HAVE
E-commerce or marketplace experience
  • data pipelines
  • LLM API work (Anthropic / OpenAI)
  • prior small-company or startup environment where you wore multiple hats
WHY THIS ROLE
Greenfield ownership of a production AI stack roadmap, a seat next to leadership rather than five layers below it, and work that ships to a real eight-figure business the same week you scope it. No ticket queues, no committee reviews — your output is visible to the whole company.
BENEFITS 401

Work Location:

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,546.13 per year
Benefits:
401(k) Application Question(s): Tell us about a project you drove from a vague idea to shipped. What did the request look like when it landed on you, how did you scope it, and what did you personally do when it started slipping? This role is mostly leading, but sometimes it's faster to do the small thing yourself. What's an example of something you personally built, tested, or fixed instead of delegating it — and how did you know that was the right call?
