You Are:

You Have:
Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
Project Timeline/Scheduling:
Planning, Proactive, Aligned to
Resources Project Profitability:
Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
Work Orders:
Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/
Blueprints:
Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders:
Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
Environment:
Work on construction sites with situational awareness
Sales Coordination:
Work with sales team throughout the project GHT Group's Contribution to
