Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarasota, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing luxury residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring job site progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves reviewing plans and specifications, tracking project documentation, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience planning, executing, and closing construction projects Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely permits, inspections, and material deliveries Inspection and quality control skills, with the ability to verify work against plans, codes, and standards Logistics management skills to coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across multiple job sites Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes and building codes Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail Proficiency in construction management software and standard office tools Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry Relevant education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are preferred
