Lead a landmark luxury condominium project High-growth contractor with long-term opportunities About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing commercial construction firm delivering complex projects across a major southeastern U.S. market. The company offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and a robust pipeline of multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Job Description
  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations teams
  • Monitor project financial performance and project reporting

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ability to make independent decisions and drive project outcomes
