Job Description Lead project execution from preconstruction through final completion. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate closely with superintendents, consultants, and trade partners. Maintain client communication and ensure project expectations are met. Monitor financial performance, project milestones, and risk management activities.
