• Lead a ground-up luxury residence valued at approximately $100M
• Own project planning, budgets, schedules, and execution
• Coordinate architects, designers, trades, and consultants
• Manage client communication throughout the construction lifecycle

• Extensive luxury custom residential construction experience
• Delivered homes valued at $50M+; $80M+ strongly preferred
• Strong ground-up construction and high-end finishes expertise
• Proven leadership of complex project teams and subcontractors
