  • 180,000 Base Salary + Bonus (DOE) We are partnering with a leading construction organization to identify a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects .
This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution related to safety, quality, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage water/wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders. Lead project teams and oversee subcontractor performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are met. Monitor project financials, approve pay applications, and provide regular reporting to leadership. Facilitate client meetings, project coordination, commissioning, and closeout activities. Conduct site visits and proactively resolve project challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Water/wastewater construction experience required. 5+ years of project management experience; senior-level candidates with larger project portfolios are encouraged to apply. Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar construction projects. Proficiency with scheduling software, construction management platforms, and Microsoft Office. Experience managing self-perform work is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation:
$120,000
  • 180,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience and level.
We are open to both experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
Benefits Salary:
$140k
