Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized Project Manager to oversee signage projects from initial order through final installation. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales representatives, vendors, production teams, installers, and other departments. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project details, schedules, materials, documentation, and communication to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and meet Apogee Signs' high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage signage projects from initial handoff through production, installation, and completion. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Review project specifications, drawings, proposals, purchase orders, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, installations, deliveries, and other critical milestones. Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, production teams, installers, vendors, and other internal departments. Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, scheduling conflicts, material issues, and other challenges. Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and customer expectations. Obtain, track, and communicate project-related information, materials, permits, approvals, and documentation as needed. Maintain accurate project records, schedules, notes, change orders, and customer communications. Review projects for potential issues and communicate necessary changes or updates promptly. Assist with project budgeting, pricing, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative requirements. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are available when needed. Schedule site visits, surveys, installations, meetings, and other project-related activities. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure outstanding items are completed. Maintain awareness of project deadlines and prioritize tasks to keep multiple projects moving forward. Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Help ensure all projects meet Apogee Signs' standards for quality, professionalism, safety, and customer service. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, processes, and project requirements. Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional work environment. RequirementsQualifications Previous project management, construction, signage, manufacturing, customer service, operations, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, or similar business systems. Ability to learn new software, processes, and systems quickly. Strong follow-through and ability to anticipate project needs before they become problems. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience working with signage, permitting, construction documents, installation processes, or project scheduling is a plus.
