We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects, focusing on network management, storage solutions, security implementations, and firewall management . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects within enterprise environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management. Proven experience in networking, security, and storage projects .

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of cloud migrations (Azure/AWS), networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper), and security protocols . Hands-on experience in firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), network monitoring, and storage management (NetApp, EMC, Hitachi, Dell) . Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards .

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

Oversee network infrastructure upgrades, implementations, and optimizations across WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-based networks. Work with network engineers and vendors to manage configurations, routing, switching, and connectivity across enterprise environments. Ensure high availability and redundancy in network architectures.

Storage Management:

Manage enterprise storage solutions , including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage (Azure Blob, AWS S3). Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, and data lifecycle management . Ensure backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies align with business continuity goals.

Security & Firewall Management:

Implement and manage network security solutions , including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security . Work with cybersecurity teams to enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) . Manage firewall rule configurations, policy updates, and security audits .

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders . Develop project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies . Ensure all infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget . Provide regular status reports to leadership and ensure compliance with IT governance.

Preferred Experience:

Managing network segmentation, firewall rules, and security hardening . Working with enterprise cloud and hybrid environments . Experience in high-availability infrastructure and disaster recovery planning . Certifications (Preferred):

PMP, PRINCE2

(Project Management) ITIL v4 (IT Service Management) Cisco

CCNA/CCNP

(Network Management) AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Cloud Certifications CISSP, CISM, or CEH (Security Certifications)
