Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders. Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Coordinate with field teams to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards. Participate in project planning, procurement, and cost control efforts. Ensure compliance with safety and company operating procedures. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily and/or student housing projects . Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
