About Our Client Our client is a well-established, privately owned general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast. Known for its collaborative culture, hands-on leadership team, and reputation for delivering complex commercial and residential developments, the business is experiencing continued growth and is looking to add a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of multifamily and student housing projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Proven experience managing multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive healthcare benefits Paid vacation and company holidays Strong professional growth opportunities within an expanding organization Supportive, team-oriented culture with direct access to leadership Long-term career progression with increasing project responsibility Interested?
