As a Senior Project Manager - Architecture, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-visibility projects across hospitality, senior living, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. From early programming through construction administration, you will serve as the driving force behind project coordination, technical quality, and successful delivery. Core Responsibilities Lead architectural teams through all phases of project delivery, from programming and schematic design through construction administration Oversee the development of permit sets and construction documentation with a focus on technical quality, constructability, and coordination Manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and client expectations Coordinate closely with consultants, internal disciplines, contractors, and ownership teams to drive seamless project execution Implement and maintain QA/QC standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence across all deliverables Provide leadership during construction administration, including field observations, submittal reviews, RFIs, and technical problem-solving Monitor project financial performance, including labor utilization, billing, collections, and profitability metrics Mentor project managers, architects, and production staff to support technical growth and leadership development Collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Quality Assurance Support a collaborative studio culture focused on innovation, accountability, and design excellence

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program

Experience:

15+ years of architectural experience, including project leadership and team management responsibilities

Licensure:

Registered Architect with active NCARB certification

Technical Expertise:

Strong command of construction documentation, detailing, constructability, and building systems coordination

Software:

Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office preferred

Project Leadership:

Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction

Communication:
