This is a field-based sales position specializing in insurance-related roofing projects. You will work directly with homeowners, help identify potential storm damage, educate customers on the roofing and insurance process, and manage projects from the initial inspection through completion. Roofing or sales experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up. What matters most to us is your work ethic, reliability, attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Generate and develop new roofing opportunities through self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. Meet with homeowners and inspect properties for potential storm-related roof damage. Communicate with homeowners professionally and build strong customer relationships. Educate customers about the roofing process and help them understand their options. Work with homeowners throughout the insurance-claim and roofing process. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, customers, crews, and office staff when necessary. Take measurements, photos, and documentation of properties. Help manage roofing projects from sale through completion. Maintain regular communication with customers and keep them informed throughout their project. Follow company procedures and maintain accurate project documentation. Consistently pursue new opportunities and work toward individual and company sales goals.
