Project Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Ball Ground, GA 30107 Raydeo Enterprises Inc 23 reviews Role Overview The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects from contract award through closeout. The PM is fully accountable for schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety , while aligning execution with Raydeo's operational capacity and strategic goals. Each PM manages approximately $5M in completed annual work , contributing to the company's target of $25M annually at a blended 30% gross margin . The PM determines what work is executed internally versus subcontracted based on capacity and timing. The PM serves as the single point of contact for the client's representative and is responsible for coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and external trades. This is NOT a remote position. Core Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and workflows Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Conduct project kickoff meetings and align teams on cost, schedule, and execution strategy Build and manage work orders, workflows, and critical milestone schedules Monitor progress daily and perform weekly project reviews with management Financial & Contract Management Act as guardian of the project budget Track job costs, expenditures, and revenue recognition in Innergy Identify scope changes, issue RFIs, and manage change orders through approval Coordinate billing, forecasting, and closeout documentation Ensure estimates, contracts, and scopes align and remain compliant Client & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle Issue schedules, updates, notices, and formal communications per contract terms Attend meetings, conduct site visits, and coordinate with general contractors and design teams Protect Raydeo's best interests while maintaining productive GC relationships Submittals, Engineering & Production Coordination Oversee submittal schedules, approvals, redlines, and revisions Coordinate samples, prototypes, drawings, and specifications Ensure timely material procurement, especially long‑lead items Confirm engineering and fabrication alignment with approved documents and field conditions Ensure field surveys are completed and properly transmitted to engineering Subcontractor & Field Management Source, qualify, and manage subcontractors when internal capacity is exceeded Coordinate subcontractor scopes, schedules, safety, quality, and compliance Identify and resolve conflicts related to sequencing, dimensions, access, or site conditions Issue required notices (NIC, Stop Work, Delay, Change Notices, etc.) as needed Coordinate out‑of‑town installations with the Installation Department Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and Raydeo standards (AWI, AWS, etc.) Maintain project QC documentation including daily photo logs in Innergy Issue and manage rework when quality standards are not met Enforce safety requirements for employees and subcontractors Always maintain PPE compliance and jobsite safety Team Leadership & Communication Act as the central point of coordination for the assigned project team Lead weekly planning (POW) or workflow meetings as required Communicate changes clearly through the chain of command Support and coordinate across departments to ensure project success Recognize strong performance and foster accountability Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years ' experience in project management, construction, manufacturing, or installation Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent practical experience Strong knowledge of commercial construction, fabrication, and installation workflows Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Innergy, and Raydeo project systems Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and active projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel and work in shop or field environments as needed Certifications & Requirements OSHA 30 Construction (within first 90 days) Pass drug screening per Georgia Drug‑Free Workplace Policy Proper use of PPE always Some overnight travel required Core Expectations Timeliness, accountability, and professionalism Ability to both follow and clearly give direction Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Willingness to learn, adapt, and support company growth
