Project Manager Supreme Sign Services LLC is a growing commercial sign installation and service company based in Buford, Georgia. We partner with national sign companies, regional sign companies, and local sign shops to manage sign installation, service, surveys, graphics, and maintenance projects throughout Georgia and the Southeast. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while keeping customers informed, crews productive, and projects on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple projects at once. Responsibilities Manage commercial sign installation and service projects from start to finish. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout each project. Prepare estimates, quotes, and work orders. Coordinate scheduling with operations and field crews. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and installers. Manage project documentation and closeout paperwork. Handle change orders and resolve project issues quickly. Ensure jobs are fully prepared before crews are dispatched. Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication. Assist with problem-solving and decision-making throughout each project. Manage multiple active projects while maintaining attention to detail.
