Overview We are seeking a experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and building restoration projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of restoration initiatives that meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and budget parameters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, civil engineering, and project coordination, with a passion for restoring and revitalizing vital infrastructure. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of restoration projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Manage project budgets through accurate cost estimation, tracking, and cost management practices. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and construction codes. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly. Review construction plans, blueprints reading (including Civil 3D drawings), and technical specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy before work begins. Utilize construction management software such as Xactimate. Supervise project teams in managing daily operations on-site while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety protocols. Ensure all work complies with local construction regulations and environmental policies related to infrastructure restoration projects. Qualifications Proven experience managing restoration projects Strong knowledge of Xactimate. Hands-on construction site experience Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced construction management environment. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA compliance), and environmental policies relevant to restoration work. Excellent project management skills including cost control, schedule coordination, contract administration, and risk mitigation. Strong communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
