Job Description
Daniel Defense LLC seeks a Project Manager I to coordinate manufacturing projects for premium firearms and accessories. In this role, you will manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality production within our Georgia facilities. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to define scope, track progress, and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate brings strong scheduling, documentation, and process skills, plus experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports Manage project scope, resources, and budgets to meet targets Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams Identify and mitigate project risks and production bottlenecks Support adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Facilitate meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project and production processes Required Skills Project scheduling Budget tracking Risk management Manufacturing processes ERP/MRP software Data analysis and reporting Process documentation MS Project or similar tools Quality management fundamentals Cross-functional collaboration
