Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our construction management team. Your initial assignments will primarily support our residential construction operations. As company needs arise and your capabilities develop, you may also be assigned to commercial construction projects to broaden your experience and support Company operations. This is a field-oriented position. Regular travel to assigned project sites will be required, and project locations, reporting locations, and schedules may vary based upon operational needs. Dependable attendance, punctuality, willingness to travel, and consistent field performance are fundamental expectations of the position. Responsibilities As a member of Redemption General Contractors, always promote the company in a positive and professional manner. As a Field Coordinator, you will work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, trade partners, and other members of the team to support successful project execution.

Supporting day-to-day field operations and project coordination. Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and other project documents. Assisting with subcontractor and trade partner coordination. Supporting project scheduling and short-term production planning. Monitoring field progress and helping identify potential schedule, quality, safety, or coordination issues. Assisting with project documentation, photographs, daily reporting, RFIs, submittals, and other project controls. Learning and consistently utilizing Company systems, technology, procedures, and documentation standards. Developing stronger knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Communicating effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and other project stakeholders. Identifying problems proactively and bringing proposed solutions rather than simply escalating issues. Performing additional project and field responsibilities as assigned based upon operational needs and your demonstrated capabilities. Plan the work, work the plan Titles don't define boundaries here. Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
