Overview The Senior Project Manager (SPM) drives high-level strategy, execution, and financial performance across multiple, complex, or large-scale projects. Mentors project teams, manages key client relationships, leads complex negotiations, and ensures aligned execution with long-term business goals while mitigating enterprise-level risk. Responsibilities As a member of Redemption General Contractors, always promote the company in a positive and professional manner.

Multi-Project Oversight:

Manages large-scale, high-complexity projects or a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.

Strategy & Risk Mitigation:

Identifies enterprise-level project risks, negotiates complex contracts, and manages client account retention.

Team Leadership:

Mentors PMs and APMs, drives operational standards, and oversees overall portfolio profit margins. Titles don't define boundaries here. Everyone, from leadership to entry-level, steps in to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Plan the work, work the plan

Skills Technical Skills:

Mastery based Knowledge of construction drawnings and constrruction documents is required, Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) as well as Google workspace
