Job Responsbilities:
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Basic Qualifications:
Recent work history in customer service and excellent work references are a plus To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/task satisfactorily Must be computer and software literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Self-Management, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Organizing, and Flexibility Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision Ability to finish projects. Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
