Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues Set up and configure computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment Assist with user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and basic security-related issues Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot standard business applications Support Microsoft Windows and other applications Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup and system access Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions Escalate more complex technical issues to appropriate IT team members Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and assist with inventory management Follow established IT security policies, procedures, and best practices Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to employeesQualifications:
High School Diploma; Associate degree and/or technical certification preferred 2-3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar role Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems Experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, software, and basic network/connectivity issues Familiarity with user account administration and password/access management Experience working with a help desk or ticketing system preferred Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Microsoft certifications are a plusBenefits:
