Job Description:

Project Manager - Enterprise AP Automation (Ricoh Platform) We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Phase 2 of an enterprise Accounts Payable modernization initiative leveraging the Ricoh platform. This is an integration?heavy program spanning SAP financial systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data platforms. This role goes beyond a single?system implementation and focuses on orchestrating end?to?end AP processes while coordinating multiple internal IT teams and external vendors. Strong scope control, financial oversight, and risk management are critical. What You'll Do Lead delivery of an enterprise AP automation program Manage complex integrations across SAP, APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) Coordinate SAP, integration, data, security, and infrastructure teams Manage external vendors and system integrators Own scope, dependencies, timelines, and budget tracking Provide clear status reporting, risk management, and executive communication What We're Looking For 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology environments Proven success delivering SAP?centric, integration?heavy programs Experience with APIs, middleware, and data platforms Strong financial management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills AP, finance, or ERP transformation experience is a plus Interested candidates should have deep enterprise delivery experience and be comfortable leading complex, multi?vendor initiatives. $55/hr to $68/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
