Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track assigned daily projects. Maintain constant communication with the team in China to receive instructions and provide status updates. Prepare and organize special orders in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate and execute product relabeling projects. Organize, verify, and follow up on merchandise and orders related to special projects. Use computer software and various systems to look up information, update progress, and maintain project control. Ensure each project is completed accurately and within the established timeframe. Assist with other operational project-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required for effective team communication. Strong computer skills. Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Ability to follow instructions and multitask across different projects simultaneously. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and directly assist with hands-on operational tasks when necessary.
