•What You Will Be DoingAssist the PM in all of the following:

Participate in the preconstruction process including budgeting, scheduling, bids, presentations, etc.

Draft and/or review the content of the Owner Agreement for executive executionDay-to-day management of construction budgetDirect, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFIs, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.
