As we continue to grow nationally, we're seeking a Project Manager in the Eastern region who can run projects from the field across the East Coast with real autonomy and accountability. Office is in Roswell, GA. What You'll Be Doing Manage data center painting projects ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000, from material procurement through final punch list Coordinate labor, scheduling, and sequencing with the customer's field team and other trades on site Perform and interpret field takeoffs for tilt panel, tenant improvement, data center, and commercial repaint projects Handle change order proposals, work authorizations, and field orders Monitor budget performance and submit monthly Estimate to Complete cost reports Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and a clean jobsite from mobilization through closeout What We're Looking For Recent graduate from a 4-year university with a degree in Business or Construction Management Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating across ownership, GCs, and field crews Strong communicator who can negotiate, coordinate, and hold others accountable without being handed a playbook Organized and detail-oriented: you track your budgets, your change orders, and your commitments Comfortable on the road 3-4 days per week on average across the Southeast.
