With multiple locations across Georgia and Texas, Ivy Kids focuses on fostering each child's emotional, intellectual, social, and physical development while maintaining strong partnerships with families and communities. Position Overview We are seeking an Assistant Teacher (Floater) to support multiple classrooms and assist with both teaching and daily operations as needed. This role is essential in creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment for children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Under the guidance of the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher will help implement daily activities, support children's development, and foster positive relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and passionate about early childhood education. Qualifications Meets state licensing requirements for childcare staff Previous childcare experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Willingness to work in multiple classrooms as needed Commitment to completing 24 hours of annual training This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and are looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Floating Assistant Teacher, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple age groups and classrooms, developing a well-rounded skill set in both teaching and classroom management.
