Job Description The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area. Lead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Coordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractor Demonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projects Stable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizations Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk management Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction What's on Offer Total compensation depends on experience but can expect Bonus structure based on company and individual performance Vehicle and technology allowance Opportunity to participate in an ESOP with generous, industry leading contributions by employer Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, 16 days PTO + holidays Opportunity for professional growth and career progression Education reimbursement program (for those who qualify)
