• Location:

• Roswell, GA (Atlanta metro). Travel 3-4 days per week.

• Compensation:

• $60,000
• 70,000 base, higher for candidates with commercial drywall and metal framing PM experience.

We also manage drywall projects, and that division is growing. We're adding a Project Manager out of the Roswell office. Fit is the first thing we hire for. On this one, we also want someone who already knows the products.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Run commercial drywall and metal framing projects from $100,000 to $1,000,000, with most jobs landing in the $200,000
• 300,000 range
• Carry several active projects at once, from material procurement through final punch
• Own the numbers on your jobs: budgets, change order proposals, work authorizations, monthly Estimate to Complete reports
• Coordinate labor, scheduling, and sequencing with the GC's field team and the other trades on site
• Perform and interpret field takeoffs for framing, board, and finish scopes
• Manage material buyout and delivery timing so crews are never standing around
• Be the customer's point of contact from mobilization through closeout
• Hold safety, quality, and jobsite standards on every project you touch
• What We're Looking For
• Real working knowledge of commercial drywall and metal framing products. Time on the supply side counts here. Think L&W Supply, Capitol Materials, Foundation Building Materials, or similar
• Someone who can hold a conversation with anyone, from a field crew to a GC's project manager
• Organized. You track your budgets, your change orders, and your commitments without being asked twice
• Built for the road. 3-4 days a week on average, home on weekends
• Competitive by nature. We hire a lot of former athletes who know hard work and team environments
• Excel and project software experience helps. We can teach that part
