Job Description

Job Title:
Senior Construction Project Manager Reports to:
Operations Manager Business Area:
Operations The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety, ensuring the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and according to specifications by collaborating with architects, engineers, superintendents, preconstruction team, subcontractors, and customers when required. Major Accountabilities Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. Follows regulations and ensures permits are obtained timely. Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment with the precise specifications of the project. Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans, negotiating timelines, and resources with management and ensuring clients approvals. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure specifications are met. Writes and submits testing and inspection reports, quality assurance inspections, and other reports when required. Monitors execution of each phase of project and milestones according to plan, responding to any deviation, quality and/or timing issues. Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed. Utilizes PROCORE project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. Manages multiple projects simultaneously at various stages, ranging in budget from $250K to $20M. Represents LEFKO with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors. Administers financial aspects of the owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders through Procore software, adhering to budget, timelines and quality standards. Supervises and/or manages LEFKO team members, subcontractors, and/or suppliers in the area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback so as to comply with project schedules. Builds effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and LEFKO project team members. Handles competing priorities across LEFKO business needs, organizational issues, and customer relations. Supports business development, also attending industry events and presentations. Performs additional tasks based on workload and projects. Team spirit and collaboration. Job Dimensions Number of direct reports: 4 - 10 Financial responsibility (budget): multiple projects with budgets between $250K to $25M simultaneously.

Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management. Experience with Project Estimating/Pre-Construction Process (e.g. Scope Review, Bid Day participation, Generate schematic/design development budgets) Project Management certification is a plus.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
