OSP Construction Supervisor

East West Staffing, Inc. (EWS) is currently looking for an Outside Plant Project Coordinator to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines. Requirements of the OSP Project Coordinator College degree preferred, PMP Certified Preferred Must be able to read, interpret and extrapolate construction plans, drawings and specifications. Ability to interrelate and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of development activity. Assertive / determined / detail - deadline oriented personality with the ability to anticipate problems and master details. Must be able to analyze, comprehend and present complex information in various forms. Must possess good computer skills with working knowledge of MS-Windows MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project and MS-Outlook. Previous experience building large city-wide infrastructure including Active Ethernet networks for FTTH. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status Assign responsibilities and mentor project team Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
