Job Description

Are you an experienced construction Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex healthcare projects? Join a company with a strong reputation for excellence, where you'll lead high profile healthcare projects that directly support patient care and community health across the Atlanta region.

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work with top healthcare systems, architects, engineers, and trade partners while leading projects that make a lasting impact.

What You'll DoManage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.

Lead project teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field leadership.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.

Oversee project schedules and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Coordinate project documentation, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.

Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.

Drive successful project delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.

Healthcare construction experience required.

Strong understanding of healthcare facility renovation and ground-up construction projects.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
