Compensation:

You'll work directly with experienced leadership, gain real project ownership, and have a voice in how projects are executed. Assist in managing commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors. Help manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement. Participate in project meetings and help solve field challenges before they become problems. Track project costs and assist in maintaining profitability. Learn directly from experienced project managers with a clear path toward managing your own projects. Job Details Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day-to-day management of commercial concrete projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking. Support change order pricing and project documentation. Maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors. Assist with project closeout and punch list completion. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with a commercial concrete contractor. Experience supporting commercial concrete construction projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus. Must be able to work full-time from our Savannah, GA office.
