Position Overview Paul Davis Restoration of South Atlanta is seeking a detail-driven Reconstruction Project Manager who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working through complex details, and delivering high-quality results with consistency and accuracy. You will play a key role in coordinating reconstruction projects while serving as a trusted resource for homeowners, partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion while meeting quality, schedule, and budget expectations Review estimates, scopes, change orders, and job costing for accuracy and completeness Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure efficient job flow Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Track job progress and proactively identify risks, discrepancies, or scope changes Maintain organized project documentation and accurate reporting in project management systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and quality enhancements Qualifications Previous experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active projects Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills Ability to analyze scopes, budgets, and documentation accurately Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally Experience with estimating and project management software preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Quality-focused and process-oriented Reliable, consistent, and accountable Strong problem solver with a structured approach to work Calm and steady under pressure Takes ownership and sees projects through completion
