Supervise day-to-day on-site water treatment operations, ensuring efficient and safe execution of all field activities. Review and manage water treatment system designs, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall field performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to water treatment systems and equipment. Support system installation, commissioning, testing, and optimization as required. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and project requirements. ■ Qualifications 5-15 years of professional experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, or a related field. Strong hands-on field experience with water treatment systems and operations. Experience in water treatment system design review, engineering coordination, and project management. Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred. ■ Benefits E-2 visa sponsorship and related cost support. Paid vacation and sick leave:
