Door & Hardware Installation Project Manager Tarte's Steel Innovations LLC Pay:

Starting at $20+/hour (based on experience) + Per Diem Travel Required - Company-paid lodging provided for out-of-town projects. Tarte's Steel Innovations LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Door & Hardware Installation Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can work independently, lead a crew, and consistently deliver quality workmanship on commercial construction projects throughout Georgia and surrounding states. Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial door and hardware installation experience Valid driver's license with a good driving record Able to pass a mandatory background check Willing to travel for out-of-town projects (company-paid lodging provided) Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and hardware schedules Strong leadership and crew management skills Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded Heavy lifting 50+ lbs Work in all weather conditions

Experience With:

Hollow metal door and frame installation Door hardware installation Thresholds Bathroom partitions Bathroom accessories (mirrors, towel bars, shower rods, etc.) Exit devices (panic hardware) CEBTs (Concealed Electric Bolt Transfers) Electric strikes Power transfers Wall stops and floor stops Weather stripping Door closers Door sweeps Rain drips Keyless entry systems and electronic hardware Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but is not required.
