Duties Develop and execute comprehensive management strategies to achieve project goals Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other B2B roofing clients Conduct routine project inspections to coordinate team efforts Work with sales and production team to manage consistent outcones Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, resolving issues promptly, and identifying new opportunities Managing materials and employees Utilize analysis skills to evaluate customer feedback for continuous improvement Skills Strong management skills with the ability to work with a variety of people Proven experience in project management in a roofing environment Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a roofing team Excellent outside management capabilities with a focus on building client relationships face-to-face Exceptional customer service orientation with active listening skills Proficiency in analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, for preparing reports.
