Job Description

Position OverviewOur Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial roofing and thermal envelope projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional who takes pride in delivering organized, high-quality projects while building strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently achieved. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cold storage and insulated structure projects while contributing to the continued growth of a collaborative and expanding organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial roofing projects from planning through final completionOversee annual project workloads ranging from $8M-$12MPrepare project estimates, proposals, and scope reviews for upcoming workCoordinate roofing scopes alongside insulated metal panel (IMP) systems and related tradesBuild and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsManage project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, budgets, and project documentationConduct routine site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, workmanship quality, and project performanceResolve scheduling, manpower, logistics, and field-related project challenges efficientlyProvide regular project updates, reporting, and forecasting to company leadershipEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and specificationsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsQualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial roofingStrong understanding of construction project management processes and documentationAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsWillingness to travel monthly to job sites throughout the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExperience with cold storage or thermally sensitive roofing systemsExperience estimating and proposing roofing scopesKnowledge of insulated metal panel (IMP) systems and roofing coordinationCompensation & BenefitsSalary ranging from $95,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesFull-time schedule, Monday through FridayHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysVehicle allowancePhone allowanceProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesWhy Join Our Client?
