Salary ranging from $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday Paid time off and company holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Vehicle allowance Phone allowance Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive leadership team focused on collaboration and accountability Why You'll Love It Here Work on large-scale industrial roofing and thermal envelope projects across the United States Join a company involved in complex cold storage and insulated structure construction Be part of a team that values communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail Enjoy the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to company growth Collaborate with experienced professionals in both roofing and thermal construction systems Your New Role Manage industrial roofing projects from planning through completion Oversee projects with annual workloads ranging from $8M-$12M Prepare estimates and proposals for upcoming roofing projects Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and subcontractors Coordinate roofing scopes with insulated metal panel (IMP) systems and related trades Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards Resolve project-related scheduling, manpower, and logistics challenges Provide regular updates and project reporting to leadership Position is based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel to job sites throughout the U.S.
