Job requirements Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial roofing Experience with cold storage or thermally sensitive roofing systems preferred Experience estimating and proposing roofing scopes preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to travel monthly for project site visits Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of insulated metal panels (IMP) and roofing system coordination preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams Proficiency in construction project management processes and documentation Meadowwood Enterprises is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
