Responsibilities Oversee all construction operations from preconstruction through closeout. Support project managers and field teams for consistent execution. Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality across projects. Allocate resources across multiple projects for best utilization. Enforce safety protocols toward a zero-incident environment. Review project financials and improve margins. Develop operations staff and plan succession. Partner with estimating and business development on pursuits and transitions. Must-Haves Eight or more years in construction operations or project management. A record of managing multiple commercial mechanical or HVAC projects at once. Strong financial and scheduling command.
