LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER / PROJECT COORDINATOR
(PART-TIME)
Compensation:
Starting at $35.00 per hour Aloha, We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to support outdoor projects across Oahu. This is a part-time contractor opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, communicating effectively, and helping create productive and beautiful outdoor spaces. This position combines hands-on landscaping work with leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to guide team members while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Primary Responsibilities Landscape and Garden Work:
Edible garden installation and maintenance Planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding General landscape maintenance Supporting sustainable food-growing projects
Leadership Responsibilities:
Overseeing small work crews Coordinating project activities and schedules Communicating with clients on-site Monitoring project progress and quality standards Managing tools, materials, and equipment Assisting with planning and workflow organization Compensation and Schedule Starting pay: $35.00 per hour Approximately 10-25 hours per month Flexible schedule based on project demands Qualifications Minimum 4 years of landscaping experience Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Dependable, professional, and accountable High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness Ability to listen, collaborate, and work respectfully with others Training, certifications, or professional development related to leadership, coaching, facilitation, or emotional intelligence are highly valued To Apply Please send a text message with your name, experience, and contact information.
