Job Summary/Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of small to large-scale design-focused projects across the project lifecycle- from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration.
Client Relationships:
Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients' key requirements.Team leadership:
good team leadership skills. Self-starter, energetic, pro-active. Strong Team player. Qualifications Minimum RequirementsBA/BS + 4
YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer or Architecture Registration with the ability to attain a State of Hawaii Professional Engineer or Architecture Registration within 12 months. Project Management experience in site and infrastructure design projects. Previous experience in leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams to required quality, timeliness, and budget parameters. Previous experience in maintaining client relationships and expectations Knowledge of planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements Experience managing concurrent projects in various stages of development and managing multiple project types with an emphasis on design, sustainability, and innovation Innovative problem solver with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to manage people and projects through demonstrated strong organizational skills Strong skills in the full suite of MS Office applications Participate in selected marketing and business development opportunities in support of the sales team Experience with Federal projects is a plus.
