Assistant Project Manager - Lahaina, HI We are an established local family-owned general contractor seeking an onsite assistant project manager who is positive, dependable, and motivated to support our field operations and work closely with our Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, and crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of project manager
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, safety, and site organization
  • Coordinate with project owners, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project team members
  • Identify and communicate potential issues, delays, and field conflicts
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Track materials, costs, manpower, and daily site activities
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to the project team
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance appropriate for a construction job site Qualifications
  • Construction experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction practices
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with project team members, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Reliable and willing to take initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain active on a construction site throughout the workday
  • OSHA 30-Hour certified or able to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to carry 50 lbs. What We Offer

Pay:
From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
