Focus:
NICE CXone | Salesforce | Snowflake | Enterprise Integration We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Call Center Transformation initiative focused on implementing NICE CXone and integrating it with Salesforce Service Cloud, Snowflake, and on-prem services . ????
Key Responsibilities:
? Own end-to-end project governance, planning, milestones, risks & issues ? Coordinate vendor, client, third-party, business, technology & data teams ? Manage integration dependencies across NICE CXone, Salesforce & Snowflake ? Track scope, schedule, quality, deliverables & project dependencies ? Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams ? Provide executive-level status reporting ? Proactively identify and mitigate project risks ? Ensure alignment with architecture, data models & business requirements ????
Required Experience:
- Large-scale Contact Center / CX transformation projects
- SaaS implementations and complex system integrations
- Enterprise project governance & delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Experience coordinating Business, Technology & Data teams ?
Ideal Candidate:
NICE CXone Platform experience is highly preferred!
