Keep Projects Moving. Make an Impact. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator who thrives on bringing people, priorities, and projects together. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating teams, tracking details and helping projects succeed from start to finish, we'd love to have you on our team. At American Games and International Gamco, you'll play a vital role in supporting projects that help manufacture charitable gaming products used across North America. You'll be the connection that keeps projects organized, stakeholders informed and deadlines on track. What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you'll support multiple projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, organizing documentation and ensuring communication flows seamlessly between departments. You'll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver successful projects on time and within scope.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate project schedules, timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables. Maintain project plans, dashboards, reports and project documentation. Organize project activities, resources, meetings and communications across departments. Track project progress, deadlines and action items to ensure successful execution. Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and monitor follow-up activities. Serve as a central point of contact for project communications with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders. Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts and resource constraints while assisting with solution development. Support workload balancing and resource planning alongside Project Managers. Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company standards. Prepare professional presentations, reports and status updates for leadership. Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication and project execution. Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Other duties as required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys organizing complex projects, communicating with diverse teams, and keeping initiatives moving forward. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. One (1) to three (3)+ years of project coordination, administrative support or related experience. Manufacturing or production environment experience is preferred. CAPM or PMP certification is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Office. Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Trello or similar platforms. Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
