Science Fair Coordinator TeachIowa Eldridge, IA Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Project coordination Full Job Description North Scott High School is looking to hire a Science Fair Coordinator for the 2026-27 School Year. Apply today! Works closely with the Science Fair Lead to manage the organizational, logistical, and administrative components of student participation in regional, state, and national science fairs. Arranges student accommodations and transportation, manages competition registrations, and coordinates travel and participation requirements for students who advance to the National Science Fair. Reviews and proofreads student application materials for accuracy and completeness, organizes the Scientific Review Committee (SRC) process, and assists students with research for bibliographies and literature reviews. Supports students in organizing content for their research posters, proofreads completed posters and presentation materials, and helps ensure competition requirements and deadlines are met. Prior to travel, the coordinator oversees packing and preparation, ensuring that project materials, presentation supplies, documentation, and other necessary items are organized and ready. Provides essential logistical and academic support to both the Science Fair Lead and participating students, helping ensure the program operates efficiently from initial registration through competition.
