Job Description

Culver's is currently seeking a candidate for our Residential Project Managerposition. This position is the liaison between the Sales team, crew members and builders during the new construction process. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Evaluate site where the project will be taking place and meet with grading crew to ensure proper installation Review plans from sales team to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage/oversee crews on site, callback/repair and general landscaping projects Communicate with customers regarding schedule and other issues regarding the project Contact subcontractors for material installation on project site and confirm that everything is ready for installation Calls clients to ensure they have the proper supplies for the installation Schedule Iowa One Call before work is set to take place Assist with snow removal
Qualifications/Requirements:
Good communication skills and a self-starter Good work attitude Attention to detail and quality of work Ability to multi-task and work independently Ability to manage multiple crews and schedules efficiently Valid driver's license Sod/Grading knowledge Hardscape knowledge to include retaining/boulder walls Ability to read grading and topo maps for installation Ability to speak with contractors, clients and project managers in a positive and effective manner Knowledge of machinery/equipment used in the installation process Tree, bush and shrub planting/maintenance knowledge
