QUALIFICATIONS

Project management experience with planning, executing, and controlling business facing deliverables; PMP certified preferred. Experience working with vendors in software as a service (SaaS) model. Meeting planning, note taking, action item resolution, risk identification, decision management, and dependency tracking are key day-to-day activities in this role. Timely turnaround, responsiveness, and cycle times are critical to your success. Project plan development in Microsoft Project, including milestone development and dependency tracking. Use of MS Office software suite, including Teams, plus familiarity with publishing project documentation to a shared folder site. The source document repository is Egnyte. Status reporting via weekly Executive Steering Committee updates, supporting a primary business leader(s) who will be reporting on a series of workstreams within the program. Recognition of your role as a project manager and aligning to other project management deliverables, following direction, delivering results as expected. Ability to onboard quickly, work at a fast pace with minimal errors, and be responsive to changing direction. Familiarity with financial services or wealth management business operations is a plus, including key functions such as Investment Management, Compliance, Rep Advisor Onboarding / Transitions, Operations (forms management, process, and procedure), Licensing, Registration, Marketing and Training. Ability to work on a diverse team across multiple geographic locations and openness to constructive criticism from peers are necessary skills to be successful in this role. Ability to adapt to an existing program structure that continues to be refined in parallel to execution of the critical path schedule.
