In this role, you will plan and manage end-to-end IT and digital initiatives-from requirements and scope through execution, testing, and launch-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in analytics, creative, digital, and production; manage client expectations; track risks and issues; and translate complex technical needs into clear plans. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage IT and digital fundraising projects from initiation through launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams across analytics, creative, digital, and production. Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and nonprofit clients. Monitor budgets, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans and status reporting. Gather and document business and technical requirements for data and technology solutions. Ensure quality assurance, testing, and accurate implementation of data and campaign configurations. Communicate project status, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders and clients. Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting for greater efficiency.
